We loved our 3 nights here. Very good service, more than adequate staff, the breakfast was above average. The location was magnificent, very close to Dino Jaws.

Fairly clean place with perfect staff and food.

Staff and location were great and I really enjoyed that the place was perfectly clean. The breakfast had a good choice of options, cereals, toast, slices of fresh bread, muffins and eggs.

This lively, clean property has tasty full English breakfasts and accommodating stuff.

A special hotel in Leeds. Fine team, gorgeous position. I appreciated my breakfast experience, they served good food. The pool area was clean too.

My favourite property in Leeds. The hotel was located next to the centre of Leeds as well as Royal Armouries and car park. Also, Teamsport go Karting Leeds was within walking distance.

Contemporary place overall, it is fairly clean, location is perfect close to the city centre.

The staff was caring, the accommodation was wonderful relaxing and spotless. We ate at the hotel's seaside restaurant, loved it. Fabulous central location within walking distance of the corn exchange. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was delightful.

My experience at this traditional hotel was decent! Convenient check-in, fine beds and generally fantastic service. Double room was silent and well-kept. I had an absolutely fabulous view here. Rocky beach nearby, that was what I liked.

Cheerful, clean place and extra comfy area. The hotel's staff were considerable all the time. They offered me good hot breakfast at 8.45. Easy check in & the service was terrific.

I loved first class location and people. Great stay in this shopping area. The bed was large and it was great having TV, air conditioning and coffee. They had an early check-in too. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Enjoyed it. The property was spotless and modest, had beautiful location and staff. Spectacular view of sea. The bed was amazing, and there were coffee, climate control and Wi-Fi too.

Pleasant view, warm breakfast and great pools. Twin room was soundproof, good value in comparison with other options. Beds were very spacious, the staff was highly professional. It was a perfectly good hotel in a residential area...

the hotel is exceptional and spotless, i loved its superb staff and location. the venue is set in a great area with views of the street. there is a plenty of supplies in the room like : climate control and coffee. would recomand for overnight stay.

Quiet hotel by River Aire. Moreover, Duck & Drake was 15 minutes' walk away. We had a king room, and we loved it. Enjoyable base for 1 night.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Good value, MARVELLOUS location and loyal staff. We liked to chill in the nearby The Palace. Beds are comfortable.
